2016 marks the start of LiveCom Alliance, aimed to develop the live communication and event industry on a pan-European level. The past 5 years brought us 12 dedicated members, numerous live meetings, 5 industry surveys, an Industry Code of Conduct, Pitch Guidelines and a better understanding of and visibility for our industry across most European borders.
Today, we still believe that ‘live’ is the best and most sustainable way to communicate. Maybe now even more than ever.
As a small token of our appreciation for the ongoing commitment and dedication from our members to uphold our core values (to unite, learn and inspire), we have commissioned a bespoke art piece for the occasion of our 5th anniversary.
Happy anniversary to you all!
Europe’s live sector is at a turning point: internationalisation is growing, along with complexity and support needs.
The results of the European Industry Survey 2025 learn that internationalization emerges as a key growth driver in live communication. Across the European live communication sector, event professionals are eager to expand – but face gaps in knowledge, infrastructure, and support. In order to fill these gaps a follow-up study is needed.
The 2025 edition of the European Industry Survey – conducted by the German R.I.F.E.L. Institute – focuses on internationalisation as both a strategic opportunity and a challenge for the European live communication industry.
